2. Box Breaks
    •    A “box break” involves opening sealed hockey card packs/boxes, with spots purchased by participants for a chance to receive cards.
    •    Teams, players, or card types (e.g., rookies, inserts) are assigned randomly or as advertised for each break.
    •    Once spots are assigned and cards are opened, results are final. Refunds, exchanges, or disputes regarding card pulls will not be accommodated.

3. Payment Terms
    •    All payments for spots must be made in full before the break begins.
    •    Accepted payment methods include Credit card, Paypal or Interac E-Transfer.
    •    Prices for spots are subject to change and may vary per break.

4. Shipping Policy
    •    Cards pulled during box breaks will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
    •    Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
    •    We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by shipping providers.

5. Randomization and Fair Play
    •    Randomization of team/player assignments is done to ensure fairness and transparency.
    •    Participants can view the randomization process during the live stream.

6. Live Streams
    •    All breaks are conducted live on Tiktok or YouTube.
    •    By participating, you consent to being mentioned or referenced during the live stream.
    •    The live streams will be recorded for transparency and quality purposes.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
    •    Refunds are not available once a break has started or once a spot has been purchased.
    •    If a break is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

8. Liability Disclaimer
    •    T.O Breaks is not responsible for the value of cards pulled during breaks. Card values may fluctuate and are not guaranteed.
    •    We are not liable for any technical difficulties, platform outages, or interruptions during live streams.

9. Prohibited Activities

Participants agree not to:
    •    Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
    •    Engage in harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior during live streams or communications.

10. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see privacy policy at the bottom of page).
